A terrific survey course of English Literature from Beowulf and Chaucer through Shakesppeare and Donne and the Romantics to the 20th century!!!

This online Book Club is a way to read novels, engage in literary discussions with other students, and learn more about literature and how other students' understanding can enrich our own experience as we read.

English 11/12 this year will start with writing personal narrative essays, carry on through with the study of short stories and prose literary essays, as well as reading for information skills, drama as we study Hamlet, and poetry. Resumes, cover letters and other communication skills for the world after high school will round out the year.
